Heather & Cove was born from a simple belief:

We are constantly connected, constantly consuming and constantly being pulled in different directions. Somewhere along the way, many of us forgot what it feels like to truly rest.

Not simply sleep.
Not escape.
But genuine restoration.

The kind that allows us to reconnect with ourselves, our wellbeing and what matters most.

Inspired by the natural beauty of the Dorset coastline, Heather & Cove was created as a modern restoration lifestyle centred around intentional living, meaningful experiences and elevated wellbeing.

What began as a personal journey of slowing down evolved into something much greater.

After years working within luxury hospitality, building teams, leading high-pressure operations and constantly pursuing the next achievement, I reached a point where I realised success means very little if you are too exhausted to enjoy it.

Like many people, I had spent years believing that slowing down meant falling behind.

Instead, I discovered the opposite.

When I began prioritising rest, nourishment, movement, creativity and moments of stillness, everything improved. I felt clearer, more energised and more connected to the life I was building.

The practices that once felt like a luxury became essential.

That experience became the foundation of Heather & Cove.

Together, Collette and I created a brand designed to help others experience the same shift. Through retreats, restoration practices and thoughtfully curated experiences, our goal is simple:

To create space for people to rest, reset and restore.

Because restoration is not about stepping away from life.

It is about returning to it feeling more present, more balanced and more connected than before.
