Every Heather & Cove retreat is intentionally designed to guide you out of the pace of modern life and into a slower, more restorative rhythm. Across three carefully curated days, movement, nourishment, recovery and immersive wellness experiences work together to create space for clarity, stillness and deep mental and physical restoration.

From grounding workshops and restorative dining experiences to spa rituals, sound healing and intentional moments of rest, the weekend unfolds at a gentler pace designed to help you fully switch off, slow down and feel genuinely cared for from beginning to end.

  1. Day one — Arrival

    Friday

    Friday evening is designed to help you gently transition out of the pace of everyday life and into a slower, more restorative rhythm. After arriving at the estate and settling into your room, the evening begins with a relaxed family-style dinner shared around one long table.

    As the night slows, guests gather for a candlelit cacao ceremony centred around breathwork, reflection and intention-setting for the weekend ahead. Soft lighting, warm drinks and guided journaling create space to fully exhale, unwind and begin arriving mentally as well as physically.

    The evening closes quietly, allowing space for deep rest and a softer beginning to the weekend ahead.

  2. Day two — Release

    RELEASE

    Saturday

    Saturday forms the heart of the retreat. Beginning slowly with nourishing breakfasts, grounding rituals and a ninety-minute gong meditation, the morning is intentionally designed to ease you fully into the rhythm of the weekend. Acting as the opening ceremony of the retreat, the gong meditation creates space to quiet mental overstimulation, settle the body and gently guide you into a calmer, more grounded state before the deeper work of the afternoon begins.

    The afternoon centres around an immersive somatic release experience designed to help unlock and release deeply held emotional and physical tension through guided movement, breath and nervous system-focused practices. Powerful, cathartic and deeply individual, the experience often creates a profound sense of emotional release, clarity and physical lightness that continues long after the session itself has ended.

    Due to the intensity and depth of the work, all sessions are guided by highly trained somatic practitioners who carefully hold and support guests throughout the experience.

  3. Day three — Return

    RESTORE

    Sunday

    The morning begins with optional restorative yoga followed by a slow, nourishing breakfast shared together one final time. As the morning unfolds, the pace remains soft and intentional, allowing the body and mind to ease gently into the final day of the retreat.

    Later in the morning, guests experience Heather & Cove's signature floating sound healing session. Wrapped in blankets and floating effortlessly across warm water, guests are immersed in soothing sound frequencies designed to create a profound sense of stillness, deep relaxation and physical ease unlike anything most people have experienced before. Quiet, weightless and deeply restorative, the experience becomes a powerful final exhale before returning to the outside world.

    The remainder of the afternoon is left open for spa experiences, whether that's a soak in the jacuzzi, time in the steam room, a massage treatment, a swim or simply enjoying the slower rhythm of the estate. Throughout the afternoon, a relaxed grazing lunch is available to enjoy at your own pace.

    You leave Heather & Cove feeling lighter, calmer and reconnected with the truest version of you. A quiet return to yourself, unapologetically.
